When you submit a manuscript or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the contents of your message or submission. We do not collect payment information; books are sold through third-party retailers under their own policies.

How we use it

Submission details are used solely to evaluate your work and respond to you. Contact details are used to answer your inquiry. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention

Submission materials for projects we decline are deleted within 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by writing to hello@freedompublishing.llc.
